Hi,
I'm trying to change the default outlook account at work so that any
incoming mail goes to my e-mail address (eg. (e-mail address removed)) instead of the
old, default address. I believe we go through a server so I don't know if I
can do this myself but I would like to try because I don't think our computer
guy knows what to do. He created an e-mail address for me and an account but
I can't access it through the outlook icon on the desktop (i have to go to
our homepage and login that way) and no mail is being sent to that account so
it's pretty useless at the moment. I'd like to change the name of the default
account to my name and to my e-mail address. Is this possible?
