Changing default programs to open attachments

How do you change the default program that opens
attachments in outlook express. For example, if I want to
start using Internet explorer to open JPEG files instead
of easyphoto, how do I go about doing this?

This isn't done by the program but are your OS settings. You can change this
in Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types
