Changing display name on Outlook Express 6.0

[Confused]

I read the "Help" instructions offered on OE and it states to change it under the "general" tab by using the "My display name" but I don't have that option under the general tab (my display name doesn't show). Does anyone know how I can change my display name?

I am using this program on my home computer.

Do you have a field for User information on the general tab? The name field
(first one in the section) is your display name.

If you really mean there is no user information field, try the outlook
express newsgroups
