Changing margins for binding back-to-back pages

I'm using Word 2003 and the manual template. It has an appropriate margin on the left for binding. The only problem is that I plan to copy this back to back. It would seem that I need to apply different margins to odd and even pages, right? I just don't see where I do this. Is there a better template that already has this done?

If it works like other versions of word you can go to File, Page Setup and on the Margins tabs check the box labeled "Mirror Margins". I use this a lot and it works great for double sided documents.
