Changing text alignment in charts

Is it possible to change text alignment in charts. At the moment it does a
sit wishes but I would like to be able to contol the options, can I do this?

Which text, Jane? What version of PowerPoint?

In PowerPoint 2002/2003, the axis's can be make to
rotate/resize/refont/resize text displays by selecting the chart (outline
becomes a stripped line) and right clicking on the desired part of the
chart.

Select the 'format xx' where xx is the part of the chart you right clicked
on. The options are displayed and can be altered from the dialog box that
opens.
