Changing the default folder in Insert Object

Dear PowerPointers,
I'm using PowerPoint 2002 and Windows XP. To insert an object into a
slide, here are my steps:
Insert, Object, Create from File, Browse ... and then the My Documents
window opens up. My question is: I don't want the My Documents window
to be the default. How do I change the default window from My
Documents to any folder that I want to open? NOTE: I have changed the
option under Tools, Options, Save, Default File Location to the folder
of my choice; this change had NO effect on the default window for
Insert, Object. Any ideas? Thanks.
