changing the font size in the To: field

Hello,
I have a few users who have asked me how to change the font size in the To:
field when they create a new email. They would like it to be larger. I know
you can change the default font size in the email body and such but I can't
seem to find where to change it for the To: box.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

You can't change the size of any of the header fields.

thanks. Possible solution might be to lower the resolution of the
screen....?
