Changing Units

In my plan I allocate resource always at a % of 60, the other 40 is to cover
contingency and ad-hoc unplanned tasks.

In order to accelerate the plan I want to change this to 80%, is there any
'quick' way of doing this ?

The only way I could think of was from the gnatt using the 'split' screen
and changing the work units for each resource on each task ( which will
probably take about a week !).

I was hoping perhaps to use the resource usage view and just scroll down and
change the % for each task per resource - but the work field doesn't show.

Use the Assignment Units field.

The the head icon "Assign Resource" and select all tasks that you wish to
change then for each resource change the percentage.

Note this will only help on tasks that are fixed work or fixed units, fixed
duration does not change the timescale just the amount of effort on the plan.
