Outlook is just a mail client -- your mail is coming from your ISP or from a
web-based mail provider such as Yahoo or Hotmail. Many ISPs offer web
viewing of e-mail; check with your ISP to see if they do. If so, you'll be
able to check your mail from just about any computer connected to the
Internet (depending on security settings the computer's owner may have set,
of course).
