chg opening page of outlook2003

[Jan the Outlook Dummy]

My Outlook 2003 is opening to Personal Folders and I can't figure out how to
change that to open to the Inbox!!!
Also I created a new folder and can't figure out how to get it on my short
cut bar on the left?

Tools->options->other->advanced. Change the opening folder to what you
want.
