CiceroUIWndFrame Problem

Just yesterday I got a new pc at work upgrading from Office 2000 to
2003 (and W2000 Pro to XP Pro). Almost immediately I noticed that
Outlook was dragging big time. It froze up numberous times to the point
that I had to power off the whole machine in order to do anything. One
of those times I saw the above in a dialog box saying it couldn't be
closed by Windows. A quick Google search indicated that it had
something to do with an Outlook accessibility option and could cause
the problems I was having. Voila! Problem solved. The site
(www.attention-to-details.com) said to go to control panel/ add-remove/
microsoft office/ change and browse to Office Shared Features and
Alternative User Input to deselect Speech and Handwriting Recognition.
When I hit change on my machine all I see is the option to remove Word/
Access/ Outlook, etc and not the ability, that I see, to remove parts
of them. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks in advance
for all help. Steve Ignots

If you click on the little "+" icons, you should be able to drill down to the
item you want.

complete sequence is:

Control Panel/Add/Remove Programs/Microsoft Office/Change/Office Shared
Features/Alternative User Input
