Clear outgoing queue

Hi:
I have two accounts, work and home. When I'm at work, I can send/receive
using account "work" but I can only receive from account "home" (because I
must use home network for to send emails using home account)
But when I receive a email from home account that has "verification of
read", Outlook tries to send this message using home account and of course,
and I receive one error every 5 minutes... It is possible to delete this
hide outgoing message ?
