Clearing auto name checking for email addresses

I need to clear the list of email addresses in the automatic name checking
when I am typing in the To: CC: and BCC: fields. I have found that this
automatically saves email addresses even when they are incorrect. I have
searched and have not been able to figure out how to clear this out so that I
can make sure that only the correct address will pop up.

Please help.

When one of the 'bad' addresses pops up in a list, highlight it and hit
Delete
