Is it possible or is there a small programm, that if I mark a section of a
word text this text gets immediatly to the clipboard without typing ctrl+c?

You can already select and drag text to another part of the document (or to
another open document) without copying directly (CTRL+C) to the clipboard.
What is it that you are trying to achieve?
