Cloned Office 2003 on 250 PC's now it wants activated on each one!

I installed Office Pro 2003 onto an XP machine then "cloned" it on to 249
others. Now, the product activation screen is coming up on all of them! At
the time I didn't know about any product activation. We purchased a total of
320 licenses. I did the "Activate by phone" option and some dude gave me a 42
digit activation key. Problem is, he told me I'd have to call 249 more times.
There HAS to be a better way. Has anyone else cloned PC's w/Office 2003? If
so, how'd you activate them all? Thanks!
