are you sure you want to permanently delete all the items
and subfolders in the "Deleted Items" folder

Try this. In your Tools...Options folder click the Other
tab and in the general section open Advanced Options and
unclick the Warn before Pemanently Deleting email. I hope
this helps.

Check the following setting:
Go to tools, Options, Other tab. Check to see if the
Empty the Deleted Items feature is checked. If it is,
click on the Advanced Options tab and in the General
Setting section, check to see if Warn before Permanently
Deleting Items is checked.
