Closing Outlook at certain time in the day

(Win 2Kpro/XP; Office Version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 4 Build 2195)
Is there a way to schedule Outlook to automatically close down at a certain
time in the day?
(I have it setup with scheduler to start at certain times.)
