Manager but this still does not help as when i logg back on the windows are
still open. I have tried Shutting down also this does not help.

Look in your Windows startup folder(s) for shortcuts to excel.exe,
outlook.exe, and whatever the executable file is for whatever SAP is. In
Windows XP, there could be several Windows startup folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
C:\Documents and Settings\<your Windows username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

.... and either move the shortcuts out of the Windows startup folder, or
delete the shortcuts.
