Guh,
You could use an animation trigger to do that. Put the comment in a textbox
and format it the way you like. Then select the textbox, in the custom
animation task pane, click add effect, choose and entrance effect. Double
click the entry in the task pane, on the timing tab, click on the list arrow
next to start effect by clicking on, choose an object on your slide that
will show the commentbox.
Now add an exit effect to the commentbox so that it will disappear after a
few seconds. Double click on the exit effect in the task pane, on the timing
tab, next to delay put a few seconds in, next to start choose after
previous. Drag the exit effect beneath the entrance effect.
