comments like excel

I am using Word 2007. I want to include a comment or text box that provides
further explanation to a word, or selection of words that appear only when
the cursor hovers over the word, in the same way that a comment works in an
excel cell?

I do not want these comments to print with the document as a matter of
course. I do not want them for review purposes, but to add further meaning
without cluttering the document or making it too lengthy. It must remain a
word doc, not a web page.
