Compatability with office 2000

How do I get outlook 2003 to allow a document created with
office 2000 to open it? I have created forms to send as
message body, these documents return the error ( cannot
open the email program ) Worked fine until outlook
upgraded to 2003. Office still 2000. Users with office
2003 work fine, How can I let those with 2000 use these
forms?

Office automation requires the same version of Outlook and the rest of the
Office suite. EEither drop the 2003 Outlook users back to 2000 or upgrade
the rest of the Office 2000 users to 2003.
