% completed not updated in PWA view

Here is the situation:

1. Resource has updated his Task completion % using PWA,
PM is notified, PM has accepted the change, the Project
plan shows updated % completed

2. Go to PWA , using Project View, PM finds that %
completion is still at 0%.

I have tried Colloborate -> Publish ->ALL ( also New and
Changed , Publish Project Plan, Republish Assignment ).

But PWA view shows the task at 0% but the Project server
shows 100% complete.

What gives ?

How do I get it uncached ? If its some sort of caching
issue I expect it to be uncached within 24 hrs or a reboot
or something but this is persistent. Couple of weeks later
its still not showing the % completions.

Are there errors in the application log? Are there files backed up in the
ViewDrop folder?
