Project Server 2007 - Publish Feature

Phyl

My team is using Project Server 2007 and PWA to publish their tasks to
resources. Unfortunately once the task has been completed by the resource,
the task does not automatically delete/disappear for the resources Task View
in PWA. The PM must go into Project Server and set that Tasks' publish
option to "No". Unfortunately, with the amount of tasks this has been quite
unmanageable. Can someone tell me (1) if we can automatically have completed
task not show up in the task view in PWA.
(2) Is there a setting that we have overlooked?
(3) Is there a script that we can run on the server to look for tasks that
are 100% completed or with 0 Work remaining and hide those tasks.

This is a huge issue and maybe we are just missing something.

1) You could try putting a macro put in the enterprise global that sets the
Published field to "No" for all completed tasks. This could be set tro run
just before a publish event.
2) You create a view for the PMs that only shows them completed tasks where
the Published field is set to Yes and then can set the first row value to No
and drag and drop the value down the list, should be really fast.
