computer shuts down when i change users

when I go to switch users my screen goes black and I have to re-boot, anyone
else had this happen

This sounds like a Windows issue to me. I suggest you ask your question in
one of the Microsoft Windows newsgroups. Let them know what version of
Windows you are using.
