conditional format &VB

I need an easy function (maybe a VB routine) that looks
for conditional formatting in a excel sheet; in other
words:
When I correct a work I want to be shure the candidate
appllied for ex. conditional format in a few cells, and
not in any other in the sheet. How can I do this
automatically (and not going in each cell and looking at
the format, if they are empty...).
