I am running one machine with Windows Vista and one with Windows XP
installed office 2007 in both the systems, however everytime I try to
open word I am getting windows installer running and getting a
Configuration window running at startup.
I tried to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of office 2007 using the
Windows install cleanup utility and uninstalling the msi files from
the installer related to office 2007 deleted the ms office folder
under program files and deleted the office folders in teh registry and
tried reinstalling the office program again. All other programs work
but configuration window starts while opening word
Also tried to check with the permissions of the office keys in the
registry but no go....
Any solution for this issue...?
