Configure Outlook for email & web

I have been using Outlook Express for my email. When I
upgraded to 2000 and have Outlook, I have tried using the
Wizard so I can use Outlook online.

I cannot find my settings (POP3 & SMTP)! MSN is my ISP.
Therefore, I can not use the "wizard" inasmuch as no where
can I find the POP3 and SMTP I can not find the settings
or server name!

I use ACT2000! and cannot find the settings and/or server
there as well.

Can someone help, please????
