Configuring Outlook 97

I can not figure out how to set up my initial Outlook
account. I am running Outlook 97, and when I start to run
it, I am prompted for a "Postoffice", "mailbox",
and "Password". For the life of me, I can't figure out
what goes in here. I currently run Outlook Express, but
would rather use Outlook 97. Can anyone help?
