confirm send

i have an access query which is used to email contacts in
my database. There are many contacts in the query. On
pressing 'Merge' a dialog box appears asking me if i want
to confirm the sending out of the e-mail. Is there a way
of stopping this box from appearing ie a yes to all sort
of command. Would a macro be appropriate? I am using
Access 97 and Word 97.
