Connections

To connect to my ISP I click on the Telephone Icon on my Desktop, but
recently this action fails to produce the Dialling
Dialog Box and I have no connection.

What other methods are available for connecting to my ISP?

Ask in a Windows (XP?) networking newsgroup as this problem has nothing to
do with Outlook
