considering Outlook while with Windows Mail

Can I start using Outlook 2007 and if I do not like it, will I be able to
change back to Windows Mail to send and receive email?
Does Outlook 2007 have message compacting problem like Windows Mail does?
Is Outlook 2007 spam killing feature as affective as the one in Windows
Mail?
Is it possible to uninstall Outllok if one does not like it?
