Constant reminder of a email not being able to send, how do I stop

Some how I send out an email out of a program on my computer, The sent
folder did not show anything in my outbox. I keep getting this message about
not being able to send the message. Where do I find the message, and how can
I stop it....Merry Christmas to all you wonderful helpful friends here.
