Contact Lists

In Outlook 2003, on a new message, when I clicked the To: button, the Select
Names dialog box window would appear. Under the Address Book title in the
upper right hand side, I could get a list of my different contact folders.
The first was Contacts and the subsequent ones were more contact folders
that I created.

Now, in Outlook 2007, I can only get the Contacts folder shown.

Is there a way to get all eight of My Contacts folders listed?

Thanks,

Gordo

Are these separate Contact folders or are these sub-folders of the one
Contact list?
