Contact Picture

I can create a "Contact Picture", edit and delete all ok. However, when I
open a contact card, the picture sometimes displays and sometime does not.
Now, I have installed Lookout v1.2 and the Contact Picture never displays.
There must be a registry setting. Anyone experience this?
