Your contacts, mail, tasks, calendar, and all other Outlook data in your
default folders are all in the same file, if you're using Outlook with a POP
account. Sharing contacts means sharing it all unless you use a tool that
will limit the sharing. Start here:

You can use any 3rd party application. There are many solutions. M
choice - Sync2. As it not only sync Outlook data between pcs but als
eliminates all duplicates without data loss
