Contacts - Activities tab..

I

Ivan T. Williams

Hi All,

I have Outlook 2003, and in my contacts folder I have a contact with my
details, i.e. my name, tel, etc...

What I would like to know is, what makes emails I've sent, received,
contacts and calendar items show on the ACTIVITIES tab? And why would I see
other people contacts in my activities tab?

Hope these questions makes sense...

Thanks in advance

The Activities tab shows messages you have sent or received from that
contact, meetings you've requested or been invited to, tasks you've assigned
or been assigned, and any other items that you've explicitly linked to that
contact through the Contacts box available for every Outlook item.

Excellent, but, why would my personal contact have "other" contacts listed?
I've looked at those respective contacts and in the CONTACTS field (bottom
left corner of the window when you're in the contact) nothing is in there?
Strange, no?

Strange, yes. I can offer no explanation.
