Contacts & Calender stores

I recently removed my PC from my office where it was connected to an
Exchange server.

My Outlook Today had Contacts & Calendar entries which I saw in my
Exchange when I got home.

However, I had to remove Exchange services and add Internet services
so I could access my POP account.

Now all my files are there, but there are not Contacts or Calendar
entries!!!

Can I recover these?
