Contacts - "File As" in Millenium.

How can I change the display of the "File As" column to be as First Name,
then Last Name? I have previously changed each file individually, but they
have changed back somehow. I have over 150 records, and want to change them
all in one go, and set the default too. Any ideas please?

My current settings under Tools, Options, Contact Options is - "First Last".
