When a do a back up cd from my laptop and try to download it to my home pc
the contacts show up in order of last name. On my laptop I have them filed by
company(last name, first name). I check the custom screen and it says all new
contacts to be filed this way, but when I download the CD it all comes out by
last name of person. There are too many to go in and change one at a time.
Is there a way to either change them all at one time or get them to download
the way I want them to?
