contacts under Personal Folders in the address book?

I am trying to view my contacts under my personal folders and I have tried
everything that has been suggested and can't seem to get it viewed. Can
someone help me?

Just to be sure, what have you tried? Have you made sure that the "Show this
folder as an address book" box is checked in the folder's properties?
