Convert excel charts pasted as links to pictures

How to convert excel charts pasted as links to pictures?
And is there any command as in excel to breake all links?
(I'm using PP 10 SP-2)

It works but the result is not very nice.
I would prefer to convert them not just pictures but enhanced metafiles. Is
it posible?

How to set excel shart to be manualy updated?
