convert linked objects to embedded

Hi,

I want to convert all my linked obejects to embedded
objects. How do I do this?

I have a linked doc in my document. This doc is displayed
as icon. If I use break link, I only have the picture of
the icon.

Select them and then use Ctrl+Shift+F9
