NEVER import a native Outlook .pst file. Copy the data from the 2003 file
to the 97-2002 file using drag and drop. Once populated, open the .pst file
in the older Outlook using File->Open->Outlook Data File to access the .pst.

| then create a new pst file in OL2003 File/new/outlook data
| file/outlook 97-2002 pst/ then import the data into this file and use
| it with OL2000 or OL2002. This may help!!
