convert powerpoint slides to PDF

Hi, I have Power Point 2003 SP1 and want to convert a ppt into pdf using
Acrobat Distiller. When I make a conversion, the pdf is generated with
smaller slides and around 1cm in each margin in lost.
In preview option the size of the pdf is ok. How can I correct this ?
