convert .pst files 2003 to 2007

There is no need to convert anything from 2003 to 2007; just upgrade to
2007 and use the same PST file as before. Don't do any "exporting" or
"importing" - you will lose data if you do.

There is no converting. Outlook 2003 and 2007 use the same format PST.

More details would be nice but there should be no file conversion. Make sure
only one version of Outlook is installed on the PC, move the PST over, make
sure it's not marked read only, and use File > Open from within Outlook to
browse to the PST.
