Convert text box to a picture (not frame) so letters can be stret.

I unknowingly converted a text box to a picture, so that when the rectangle
is stretched,the words are stretched (like in Word Art). Unfortunately, not
I cannot edit the words. I want to know how I did it and how I can undo it.
It is not the same as a "frame".

I don't think there's any way to convert it back. You'll need to recreate it
from scratch.
