convert to word question

I have a coworker who wants to convert to word...
He has been using send to word...and he likes the slide and the notes to be
on top of each other...but now he also wants them resized to make two or
three on a page.

If you cannot get the desired results using either the "Print", "Handouts"
method in PowerPoint, or the "Send to Word" option, you might want to
