convert value to text.

I would like to know the easiest way possible to convert a number to "real"
text.

right clicking the value then going to format text ONLY formats the text. I
need it CONVERTED TO TEXT.

the users already has the file so i can not create a spreadsheet with a
macro or something etc... and send out again...


dummy users will be filling in the info.

please help!!

what do you mean with 'real' text? You may have a look at the TEXT
function
