Converting a PDF to a Word File

I previously asked if a pdf file could be converted into a word or excel
file. I was told with the proper program this is possible. I can not
download anything at work presently and the company will not spend the money
for a one time deal. Does anyone already have this program and would be
willing to do this for me and email me the updated form? I would greatly
appreciate it.
