I've got a page set up with lots of tables, but I want to convert one of the
cells of the tables into a frame, how can I do this? Thanks.

Explain "convert one of the cells of the tables into a frame,"

Do you want a border on the single cell?
- if so insert a single cell table in the cell and turn on it's borders

Do you want a "Framed" page w/i the cell
- if so insert an IFrame tag in the cell

Yeah, I want to create a frame within a cell,, but I did a search on the
help file for "Iframe" and couldn't find anything... so how do I go about
inserting an Iframe?

In Html or code view select your cell and enter

<td WIDTH="100" HEIGHT="100" ALIGN="left">
<iframe SRC="somepage.htm" NAME="content" WIDTH="100" HEIGHT="100" ALIGN="left">
You will not see this text if your browser supports IFRAME.</iframe>
</td>

(not supported by all browsers)
